Terms and Conditions

1. Enrollment and Registration


All applicants/professionals must complete the registration process and provide accurate information.


Admission into any course is subject to fulfillment of entry requirements and payment confirmation.


The Institute reserves the right to accept or decline applications.


2. Fees and Payments


All course fees must be paid in full (or as agreed under a flexible instalment payment plan) before the start of training.


Payments are non-refundable except where courses are cancelled by the Institute.


Late payments (unless permitted) may attract penalties or suspension from training.


3. Attendance and Participation


Professionals are required to maintain a minimum attendance of 75% for certification eligibility.


Active participation in lectures (online/onsite), assessments, and practical sessions is mandatory.


The Institute reserves the right to deny certification if participation requirements are not met.


4. Code of Conduct


Professionals must uphold discipline, respect, and professionalism at all times.


Harassment, discrimination, misconduct, or damage to property will lead to disciplinary action or dismissal without refund.


Use of mobile phones during training sessions (physical) is restricted unless permitted by the instructor.


5. Intellectual Property


All training materials, handouts, and resources are the intellectual property of the Institute.


Reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials without written consent is prohibited.


6. Certification


Certificates will be issued only upon successful completion of the program, including attendance, assessments, and fee clearance.


Replacement of lost certificates may attract administrative fees.


7. Changes to Programs


The Institute reserves the right to modify course content, schedules, trainers, or venues where necessary.


Participants will be notified of significant changes in advance.


8. Liability Disclaimer


The Institute shall not be liable for personal injury, loss, or damage to personal property during training.


Professionals are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal belongings.


9. Privacy and Data Protection


Personal information collected during registration will be kept confidential and used solely for academic and administrative purposes.


The Institute may use images or testimonials of students/professionals for promotional purposes, unless expressly objected to in writing.


10. Termination of Enrollment

The Institute reserves the right to suspend or terminate a professional’s enrollment for non-compliance with these Terms.


No refunds will be made in cases of dismissal due to misconduct or violation of policies.


11. Governing Law


These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.


Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable Nigerian legal procedures.
